[QUOTE=04FXDI;19980934]I knew it was only a matter of time before his true colors bled through again along with the booze. At "That Dude" I'm no expert here, my system was done for me (professionally) . I can assure you, at 225 each my GZ's scream, and when the bass line hits in Thunderstruck, you can feel it.
What you think is loud may not be loud to others. I think this is the case on here as I believe many of the guys on here are older. I have ran them at 200ish and they were not impressive. All that matters is they sound good n loud to you.

I don't give a flyin' flip how old you are, 115 - 130db is loud enough to hear at any speed a Harley will safely ride!!
All this chatter about running 400 watts to a Yellow GZ Coax crossed at 135 is an IQ Test and a senseless dick measuring attempt.
If you want to run 400 watts and set ur cross at 135 then buy the fuxxing speakers that are engineered to perform in that sandbox. The GZCF 6.5s are not that speaker.
And if shops are banging their drums as this being an ideal business practice, their audio depth is pretty damn shallow. Sooo many better midrange & horn options that will smoke these speakers in the 135+ crossover arena.
I can assure you they are loud and crystal clear. If you ran them at 200ish and were not impressed. Perhaps you need to pay closer attention to what the guys in here are telling you, tune them properly and or pay to have it done right. I have absolutely no shame in my game for paying to have the job done by the professionals.

Did you seriously just go from telling people **** advice on powering coax speakers to bragging about a 60ft that is so slow I’m pretty sure my dog would pass you if he saw a squirrel.
I remember going 1.8x in a street tired 3rd gen about 30 years ago and thinking it was special too.
Damn dude, how fast you go from apologies to back here spouting nonsense like your dad knocked up his sister on a meth binge and then the abortion didn’t take……
