We have a 2016 Electra Glide Ultra Classic and are looking to replace all four speakers. Any suggestions as to what to buy and is it something we can do on our own or will we need to bring it to the dealer? Hopefully I posted in the correct spot. Thanks! Two front. I believe one of the back is blown and my husband cannot hear them while driving so we want louder and better too.

You wont even get an RF amp for much less than 500.
If he can do the install himself, one "cheap" option is a sound stream 520 amp with two pairs of infinity kappa 62.ix speakers. You'd need an amp wiring kit as well as flashing your HU.
Flash is around 50 bucks I think. Thats what I paid for mine last year.

Speakers are 120 a pair on crutchfield right now.
That's one decent cheap option and still sound better than stock. I think the speakers will drop right in....but not certain about the tour pods. Others can confirm this. I'm also sure there are other options in this price range.
One more thing to note. This amp, as many others as well, will kill your FM reception. SO if thats important to you, you might consider spending a little more for an amp that wont do that. Not sure of any FM friendly amps in the 120 price range.
What is your husbands mechanical ability? Can he remove tank, fairing, do quality electrical work etc? If your answer is I don't know, you may be better off bringing it to a shop. Changing the speakers alone won't gain much, you will need an amp as well to drive them. Rockford has now partnered with Harley and offer some decent kits, they are pricey tho. You can get a much better system by piecing it together, but by doing that you add to the complexity level of simple plug and play. Lots of valuable info in this forum.
