15 SG factory 4.3 problems??

15 SG factory 4.3 problems??
The factory head unit on my 15 Street glide is giving me problems. I believe it is gone. I had got to a certain song one day on the USB. Now I can't get it to play more than one song. next and previous doesn't work, either. The radio seems fine. but in Wyo radio stations are few and far between.
If it is toast, any suggestions for a replacement. I am looking at adding to the audio system. So best to go with an aftermarket head. I do want to keep my handle bar controls.
