Default Euphoria 10s

Just sharing my experience because I haven’t seen much information about these. So my buddy bought some Euphoria 10s EX10NMB . We dropped them in 4.5 Advanblack bags with 1200 watts off a sound digital 2400. The amp was bridged on the 1 and 2 channel to drive the two speakers and we were not impressed at all. DSR1 was utilized crossed from 50-500 .The bags are plastic , they are not sealed, ported or braced. I’m sure these speakers would perform much better in the right enclosure. So if you were thinking of dropping these in without doing everything else forget about it . The PRV1000s are way louder and perform way better in the same enclosure with that amount of power. It’s not even close . The bass was low and somewhat rumbly but the lack of range and volume in general isn’t worth it. More power may have also made a difference also so please consider this . I’m not trying to bash this speaker because I’ve heard great things about it .

Whichever speaker you use has to compliment the entire system, and has to be in a proper enclosure. I've installed a couple dozen of these in bags both stock and aftermarket and when braced and tuned correctly play low and sound great in a system with enough mids and highs to complete the sound. If you are trying to use these to cover a range you don't have other speakers for and in bags that aren't setup up properly they will sound terrible along with Beyma 10IX, Faitals' RS350's or any speaker meant to play that low. The PRV 10 W1000's will certainly play much louder than the Euphoria's but nothing close to as low. Also any speaker that plays lower frequencies can't play as loud as a speaker that plays higher frequencies with the same amount of power.

The rest of the bike is fairly strong. We only wanted it to play in the lower range. I might hold on to them and get the enclosures right etc plus add some more power .
