Both my Mmat speakers lost the highs, I assume that this is the voice coil part of the coax speaker. They sound muffled like there is zero treble in them. The mid-range is still working. Before I pull them out and get an RMA, is there anything I can do for these? In past experience this would just be a blown speaker.
On another note, any suggestions for a replacement that will fit in the POD and maybe have a little more bass? These have never sounded as good as my Infinity Kappa's and I would get another set of those but don't want to modify the pod.

Which kappas did you have? I had the 62.ix and they're smaller than the mmats I had after that. And the kappas were so much brighter than the mmats.
How many watts are you sending them and where do you you have your crossovers set? That not only will affect the warmth and sound, but might be why your tweeter are blown. Mmats dont need but about 100 to 125 watts.

According to my amps specs around 130 watts. I had the Kappa 62.11 I think, they were on a PBR300x2 amp and those things had some thump. They did require some pod modification though. They were all the rage on here several years ago. I think folks moved on to something else now. I was thinking about getting the Ground Zero Yellow Basket speakers, some reviews said they have the best bass response of any 6.5 coax but they do require a slight modification to the pods which I am on the fence about doing.
On the Mmats, I called them and they are out of warranty but they are checking to see if they can gratis out a tweeter kit. Apparently this is a thing.
One thing that has been known to blow tweeters is turn on pop. When you turn your bike on or turn the head unit off do you hear a pop through the speakers? I had to deal with that when I first assembled my system. I used a pair of PAC ground loop isolators and the pop went away.

What amp do you have them? What is set for wattage?
I had an amp go bad and cause same issues with my speakers: highs were gone. So could be the amp as well.

I have a RF T400X4ad, the rear speakers blew a few tweeters so I had to turn the gain down to the RF recommended levels. This amp is pushing about 130 per channel max.

No pop that I can hear but I did turn it on a while back and the settings were on radio and the volume was near max, That was pretty loud but wasn't a "pop". I don't know when they went bad because I wear ear plugs when I ride and a full helmet. Hard to notice subtle or even not subtle changes.
Mmat got back to be and apparently these are no longer in warranty but they will sell me a tweeter kit for $85 shipped. At this point I am gonna get new speakers. I wasn't happy with them in the first place and now I have to pay more money to fix them so not worth my time.
Set of Mmat PA601cx for sale with no tweeters for $75 shipped....LOL.

So did measure voltage and test tone to see exactly how many watts you are running? Assuming you are NOT running them bridged? You should be at 22.8 volts. Turning gain to "recommended levels" means nothing. The slightest gain adjustment can mean the difference is major watts and distortion, which is what kills tweeters and speakers.

The gain is set slightly below the level of clipping. I did not measure voltage, used the electronic clipping indicator on the amp. The net result is, Mmats lasted about 14 months and now I need new speakers. I ran way more power through my Kappa's and they lasted 3 years until I traded my bike in and I assume they are still going to this day. I never was happy with the Mmats either, they didn't have the full sound my Kappa's did. Now I am probably going to get Ground Zero. Upgrade opportunity!
