It all depends on what your end goal is, figure out your end goal. That'll answer your question
I'm not trying to compete but parking lot pimping is what I seek I don't want no average Joe with a little music on his bike to come close to me. Especially in Daytona. I want some serious bass on that bike

lol like I said before. There will always be someone whose bike sounds better/louder. You should plan your bike audio for what sounds good to your ears. Audio technology, especially bike audio changes pretty fast.

Most of the stuff I buy is yesterday's news before I even get it installed, lol!
A guy will go broke trying to be the best sounding bike in a Dayton parking lot. The competition just cruising around on a regular basis, is probably a force to be reckoned with.
Well I can understand that but I do want my bike to sound nice with a above average sound system.
do anybody know of some good subs that would sound good in those bags
Well, kodie who owns and makes the voodo bags for everybody told me exactually what to run. I was wondering why he chose to go with a mid bass speaker instead of a sub but he said it's because with a sub it will not play good over 100hz but the mid will I'm just worried that it won't get as low as I like because I listen to a lot of rap but I also love contemporary and even some rock...I just love the instruments and rock is not sampled it's real music playing....
Here's your answer right here. Go with what Kody suggested. He knows what he's talking about, especially being he built the bags. There are plenty of mid-bass that play low like a sub.
Yes, I know kodie knows his stuff he suggested that speaker because I was concerned with weight on the bike I know subs sound better so I was looking for a sub with around the same weight as the mid bass speaker.

How do you know "subs" sound better? What is better? More bass? More volume? More kick?
Are you looking for strictly parking lot?
The best subs I have heard on a bike are Kicker L series. But those are square.
