Brief history
*Riding one day amd left speaker sounded like crap
* figured it blew and got Mmats
* sound still there, so i thought i replicated the problem down to rca
* new rca, amp tuned with multimeter using 1k tone
It cuts in an out on its own. Ive wiggled wires, switched rca, switch rca location on head unit. No matter what i do it's only on the left speaker. Is there anything else yall can think for me to troubleshoot. The only thing i can think of that i didn't do was run new speaker wire. Hopefully thr video works. Nvm the roblox reference i think my kid has been on my account lol
Did you swap wires from left speaker to right and vice versa to see if it stayed with left speaker?
make sure yosu"hp fp lp" switch is in position and not partially selected, ive had that happen before.

Did not switch wires because the position of the terminals on the Mmats is a pain in the *** the way i ran the wires. This amp doesn't have regular wiring. The speaker wires splice in to a plug. I switch between hp and lp just to see if anything change. Ill switch all wiring and update. Id love for it to be that. I have plenty of wire left
Changing to all new wire to left speaker didn't help. With the rca disconnected the left speaker hisses. And for some reason only on speaker is working. I can get the other to work by swapping the rca. The rca connect is the same as the speaker. It is spliced into a plug. I guess i need to get that plug from diamond and go from there. Or just say screw it amd get a 4 channel so i can eventually run my hertz in lowers
Right now im just pissed and wracking my brain. Nothing has changed or moved in years and then all of a sudden it craps out on me
RCAs? Are you using some quality RCA's or cheapos?
I used knukonceptz before. This set is from skar. I don't think it's the sets i have/uswd. If anything it would be the plug that comes with the amp. Ive switched everything around that i can. It can only be the amp/ wiring connected to it or my head unit wiring.

have you tried eliminating the amp all together and just run the speakers off the head unit? Id actually start there..
Just got done. Running off the head unit only it sounded normal. I let it play for a bit and nothing changed so it's either the amp or the rca plug coming from the amp i guess
