....pleased to report that two serious downpours at the weekend and the radio behaved without issue!
touch screen fully operational throughout, using H-D FXRG Dual-Chamber gloves(it was raining hard).
Washed the bike once home (gentle pressure wash not direct at screen as per usual) and no signs of fogging or water ingress in the screen (unlike my Sony 7000 from the get-go or my 6.5GT inFRUSTRATION over time)

anyone else put it through its weather paces yet?
Not yet, but it’s sure to happen. Thanks for the confidence boost
to add to this weather ready ride report. I headed out for a ride on a beautiful day, checked the weather app and it showed clear skies, about an hour later, the skies opened up and absolutely dumped rain down on me! with my former Sony ax7000, I would have to be scrambling for my Roadies rain cover, didn't fret one bit with the hdhu14!!!! it got doused and didn't skip a beat...pun clearly intended

been in a handful of full on downpours now and it behaves great, even working with my fat fingers in gloves.
