Default Testing a HD's Boom! Amplifier

Anyone know a way to test HD's BOOM! amplifier, part #76000070? I bypass the amplifier and the radio does work. I am trying to eliminate if it is the amplifier or just a loose connection in the wiring. I did check the fuse for the amplifier and it is not blown. Also, does the amplifier make any sound if it is working? If I cannot figure this out(which is driving me crazy), I will be going with an aftermarket amplifier.

1) Remove from bike
2) Throw in garbage
3) Test complete

Hey come on guys - help this guy out. If you are sure the inputs are good and the speakers work I am not sure how to test without trying another amp you know works.

He's already decided to go with an aftermarket amp Blade. Normally if the green light is on and the amp is not in protect mode (red light) it's working. Problem is the POS BOOM amp has no green light or protect mode light. Therefore you have to break out the old trusty DMM to check the amp at the connections. I think the point Nick and I were making in a Joking manner is: It's not worth the trouble on that amp.

There are 3 pages of you tube videos and DIY audio sites that show how to test an amp using a DMM. It's not difficult and if you do not have a DMM the cost of that alone would be wasted if it helped you to make the decision to keep that amp.
