In that price range, I would stretch the budget just a little.
You are just shy of the Mmats PA601.4cx coax, and they are one of the best bang for your buck options out there.
Going to want to give them around 125-150 watts per channel.
I've tried quite a few speakers over the years, and the Mmats coax is still one of my favorites. I've yet to find anything that compares to it in that price range.
Do you already have a amp? If not you are just spinning your tires. They polk speakers mentioned are a pretty good speaker for the price. I don't know how they would hold up in a motorcycle, and you will want to be able to send them 100watts each.

I'm running a CV B52 amp. They seem to be marine speakers. What are you running?
That looks like a good deal. Can anyone speak on these?
I have these Polk MM652 speakers in my fairing and Tour Pak, been running them for a few years now without really any issues. My bike gets ridden in the rain - a lot, I live in a rain forest. No problems with their waterproofing.
I don't have a high power amp - it's a Focal 4.350 running all 4 speakers. Anyways, the speakers are clear and plenty loud at minimal volume. Living in Canada, we have limited choices available unless you try to import from abroad, so these speakers and amp I could obtain easily, though they sell for $369 CDN, they aren't a cheap speaker set up here. I would buy them again.
