Battery alone 12.5
Battery hooked up 12.45
At amp 10.76
Bike running at battery 14.47
At amp 14.5
Sony mex-gs620bt head unit
I tried to set the gains but i kept gettin 0v no matter what i tried. I hooked up one speaker to make sure i had sound and it worked fine. I tested the volts for the gains with the bike off. It didn't matter how much i adjusted the gains the meter never went over 0

If the voltage at the amp is only 10.7 vdc that is an issue. You should have the same voltage at the amp DC connections as the battery voltage.
Sounds like you may have a bad connection between the battery and the amp. My first check would be the fuse connections and/or replace the inline fuse.

Glad u mentioned that. I ran a new power just to test this and had no inline fuse. Im using a 15' power I borrowed from my neighbor.
How does the lack of an inline fuse mess with volts at the amp?

This. You have an excessive voltage drop for some reason, look at your connections as well as the condition of that battery.
Wouldn't the battery voltage I posted above clear the better of any issues?
With a nearly 2 volt drop, you have a problem. You need to check those connections first, but to just make sure you can have the battery tested at a Batteries Plus, etc. Most have a Midtronics or similar battery analyzer.
Bottom line, you should not be seeing more than a .10 volt drop on that connection, it should be nearly the same at the battery end of that cable as the amp end of the cable.
DO NOT rule out a bad ground. If your chassis ground from the battery is ****, you will also get that result on your meter.
One other thing to check. Make sure your crossover switch is set to full/all pass on amp. Move it around and make sure its correct. Ask me how I know about that ..
