H-d whim

2022 Street Glide.
Had WHIM installed at local dealership now don’t have car play anymore and can’t connect Boom Expand to bike, any help appreciated. Called dealership but was told they did everything correct wasn’t them.

Do you have a microphone installed? Have to connect in the right order to make it connect, Start bike, turn on bluetooth. then plug in phone. That's how It works for me.

I will give it a try. They said not to connect the phone until it paired.

In order for CarPlay to work you MUST have your wireless headset turned on and enabled on your bike.

everything connects to the WHIM, do not Bluetooth the phone and headset together.

If this were in CA I'd buy it in a heartbeat, but don't think I can register it here with less than 7,500 miles as my understanding is the CA models have a specific VIN. Nicely setup bike at a great price. Best price I can find on a new one here is $37k OTD.
