Anyone using the GZ red basket coax?
The 165 neo ones? Supposedly a drop in fit with no cutting into the fairing pods? Is that true? How do they sound compared to the yellow baskets? Do they like lots of power or will they sound good at 150 watts?

I have them in my fairing, but mounted in BT brackets. It would appear that in the pods on a SG, you may have to trim some of the ribs inside the pod. No big deal breaker here.
I like the speaker in mine, but I also have various other speakers to accompany the reds. As a stand alone 2 speaker setup, I'd find something else. They are a bi amped speaker and IMHO require a dsp.
