Default Looking for audio system

I am searching for a audio upgrade for my 2021 ultralimited. Interested in either 4 or 6 speakers setup, looking for something good quality which I can rock out to while at highway speed. Looking for a budget about $2,500 +/-.

Can anyone recommend a good setup. I am looking for a reputable person/shop to do the install within about 1-2 hours within DE and surrounding areas.

1- Rockford DSR1 DSP
1- pair Cicada CX6.5 2ohm in the fairing (drop in, no cutting)
1- pair Cicada CX6.5 2ohm in the tourpack (drop in, no cutting)
1- Soundigital 800.4

i do my own installs as I know what I’m doing and I’m extremely picky about how my equipment is installed. There are only a few shops I know of personally that I would recommend but you’re close enough to NVS Audio in Rosedsle, NJ, those guys are perfectionists.

I highly recommend Volunteer Audio. Did their plug and play system with four Hertz speakers (SX190 NEO in fairing and SV190 in the tour pack) and the Hertz SP4.900 amp. Did the installation on my own, not difficult. All speakers fit without any mods. They preset the Amp so that a DSP is not needed. Included is the software from Techno Research to flash the head unit. It is very loud and clear. Check out their You Tube videos...walks you through all the installation options. One very nice options portability...easy to remove and put in the next bike...important to me due to miles I ride as I do trade on a regular basis.

I had a Ground Zero/SounDigital system installed in my 2020 CVO Road Glide back in June of this year. I already have 30,000 miles on the system, and it's been great. I've ridden in triple digits down to the teens including lots of rain. The installer applied hydrophobic speaker cloth to the back side of all four speaker grills just as cheap insurance. It doesn't affect sound quality and was an easy process. Only $16 on Amazon. You can't tell anything is there.

Component details:

Ground Zero Yellow Basekts 6.5" x2
Ground Zero Yellow Baskets 6x9" x2
SounDigital EVOPS 800.4 amplifier (power sports amp, more robust to vibration and weather)
No DSP, but the stock EQ was flashed for a flatter setting and the amp was comprehensively tuned.

A 1200-watt amp may have been better suited, but it's still plenty loud. Even going 80+MPH on the intestate the loudest I ever need to turn it up is with six hashmarks still showing on the volume. I've turned it up beyond that in the garage out of curiosity and it's not even practical. In no way do I feel like this system needs more "umph". Much better quality than BOOM II and the system has improved in sound quality with some play time.

I paid $1600 total. That's all components, installation, and tune. Compared to what other systems cost, I would consider this a budget system. There are many great options out there, just wanted to give you information on what as worked for me as far as high mileage touring.
