21 Road Glide Amp problem
In Crutchfield details for that harness. : The iDatalink Maestro HRN-AR-HD2 T-harness lets you add a Rockford Fosgate DSR1 digital signal processor and aftermarket amplifiers (both sold separately) to your compatible Harley-Davidson bike with factory non-GTS radio.I also called them when I saw your post to verify fit.
It is a 1200.4 evox2 amp.
I spoke directly with Maestro, they said the wiring harness is fine for the GTS radio and a 21 Road Glide, they believed it was a firmware issue with the DSR1, that is why I made sure it was up to date.
With the input harness and the output harness of the DSR1 plugged in, it doesn't matter if the remote on wire is on or off the amp, the amp stays on. Only when I unplug the output harness from the DSR1 does the amp power off. That is why I am so unsure of where to proceed.

To confirm; the DSR1 was updated using the flash for the GTS as shown in the Maestro video.
Did you have any Boom! amps connected before you hooked up the DSR1 and 1200.4 or was the GTS unamplified?
What position is the HIGH/LOW switch on the DSR1 in?
With the DSR1 outputs (RCA inputs on the 1200.4) disconnected and the blue/white remote connected do you see the amp power on and off as expected (of course with no sound)
Are the grounds for the DSR1 and amp connected to the same place?

Ok, so you have a GTS.
To confirm; the DSR1 was updated using the flash for the GTS as shown in the Maestro video. Yes, It was and it shows a road glide as the flash
Did you have any Boom! amps connected before you hooked up the DSR1 and 1200.4 or was the GTS unamplified? Standard GTS I believe, 2 speakers in fairing and 2 in pack
What position is the HIGH/LOW switch on the DSR1 in? Low

Thank you for your help.

First try setting the switch to high. I'm not sure if this will have an impact or not but as your GTS has no preamp outputs the DSR1 is getting it's input using speaker/Hi level inputs. Next, for a test, disconnect the amp ground from the battery and temporarily connect it to the metal chassis of the GTS. RCA inputs are notorious for picking up noise on ground loops which you've possibly introduced by connecting the amp ground to the battery.

There is no setting for remote power on that amp. It gets it from voltage on the REM terminal when using RCA (low level) inputs and from audio signal detection when using Hi inputs (speaker level)
No, it's getting it from the HU and RCA's are unbalanced.

I will try this late this week. The bike is in Florida, I will be heading back down on Wednesday. Thank you for the assist!

Good morning,
So it ended up being the DSR1 was bad. I purchased another from American Hardbags.
Shout out to Jesse at American Hardbags for great service in helping me.
I used there loaner tool to flash my bike to the Rockford Flash.
Got everything back together, set my gains, buttoned it up.
Now its on to learning how to use the DSR1 properly and set up a tune.
Anyone have advise on setting up a DSR1?
Thank you all for the help!
