Looking to offer a little guidance for a co-workers audio system upgrade. 2013 street glide, already has aftermarket head unit. Looking to upgrade the 2 factory speakers to 6.5 inch and an amp. Don't care about FM reception / $500ish budget

You can also look at the Ground Zero 6.5" Coax GZCF 6.5SPL ($300) speakers and the NVX VADM4 400W ($180) . SounDigital EVOX 400.4 - 4Ω ($220) or SounDigital EVOX2 400.4 - 4Ω ($250) amp is another amp possibility. Mix and match any of these and be within or just over your budget.
Do I need a flash even with just an amp with the two front speakers?
I'm running a Rockford Fosgate Amp(a mediocre amp, but came about it free, so I'll give it a try). Considering the MMATS, either the LS65cx (which should fit without a mod) or the PA601.cx (which will only fit with a little mod with a heat gun).
