Just recently purchased a ‘21 FLHT. No radio. May use ear buds. But I’m wondering - is it possible to add an amp and speakers and some sort of Bluetooth receiver without having a head unit? Does that even make sense? I don’t care about having the physical radio bc I mostly stream Spotify or listen to downloaded music. I’m curious if I’d be able to stream right from my phone to some type of Bluetooth receiver or dongle, something that’s connected right to the amp. Sorry if this is stupid or more complicated than it needs to be.

 

Sure you can do that. But, it might be easier, cheaper, and better integrated to buy an aftermarket double din for a couple $hundred.
