Help with SENA Freewire

I have a 2023 Ultra paired with a 30K. Connects fine speakers work, but no microphone. Now Sena tells me it not compatible with 2017 and newer Harleys.
Sena customer service is horrible. Cycle Gear will not let me return as Sena says it is my fault that I bought it.
