I ha e the MD4110 amp and the PA601cx 6.5" speakers in my fairing. I can't seem to get them to sound very good. They are very loud, but that's about it. I want a little more depth. I'm afraid to turn the gaun up much more. I'm also wanting to add the PA601 in my lower fairings. Would this make a very big difference ?

Ok. With a sony 7000, your max volume is 38. Anything above that will just distort. You may very well have the gains turned up too much. Use a simple voltmeter and set your gains to 20v. That will just about give you max gains on the amp. Next be sure the HPF is on and set your frequency around 9-10 oclock on the dial. Try that and report your resorts back.
