I don't know what the rest of your system is, but given the info I'd say Mmats 690cx. Good sounding speaker with low power requirements.
I currently have the rockford fosgate tm400x4ad amp and the RF 6.5 coaxials in the fairing and polk audio 6x9 in the lids, I thought of getting the hertz sx 690 neos for the lids but was wondering if I will be given them enough power, also thought of the SX165NEOs for the fairing, I am happy with the wiring and how the amp is mounted, it is super clean, that's the reason why I just want to play with the speakers combination..

that amp would not be near enough power for the Hertz speakers.
I will tell you that the tm400 is way underrated with the power it produces. I ran one for a long time and after a quick dyno test it averaged 132w per channel at 4 ohm. You would be hard pressed to change it out to a 800.4 and will not notice any difference while at speed on the road. As DSM stated, the mmats pa690's is perfect for that amp and will provide what you are looking for from the rears. The tm 400 is a warmer amp than the 800.4 and easier to tune.
Unfortunately I don't have the right tools to get how much power this amp is producing, but I have a feeling that it is producing good amount of power since I am feeling the bass out of my polk mm692 lids speakers in my feet on the floorboards,

Well if it were me, I would just keep what I got and enjoy it.
