New Rockford-Fosgate PMX-HD14 radio
Quality is great, zero clipping at full volume with a -5 1k tone. The biggest difference is the sound quality which I attribute to using the low outputs and to the equalizer, was able to adjust more to my liking. Yes, it has a 12 (maybe 13) band graphic equalizer. 2 others in my chapter have ordered theirs too, party mode should be fun!
I just did a double take when I saw that it retained CB functionality and even claims to work with a WHIM. In all the "upgrades" the aftermarket sled audio industry pushes on us they seem to have completely ignored why some of us by Ultras instead of Street Glides.

My experience with Google maps is that you can route it however you want but when you send to Android Auto or use it for directions, you lose all the routing.

Have any of the gauges been added since this radio was first released? What are your opinions after having a season of riding with it? How does it compare to other units like what SoundStream has out?
I use a hardwired headset on my 2018 Ultra Limited for CB and Intercom. Rockford says you SHOULD have all the same controls/functions that the factory system does; what I'm looking at is adjusting the passenger volume from the front seat, turning the intercom on and off, and similar functions. Do you lose anything by going to the Rockford system?
