If I understand correctly, no support for Android Auto yet and no support for most of the bike systems display functions. Good start but I'd call it "not ready for prime time" yet.

 

Why not compatible? Are you still running BOOM audio?

 

Yes I am. The other thing I think would be nice is if the aftermarket would have a way to us the Harley Xm module. It came with my bike, don’t really wanna buy a new Xm module. I know that’s small peanuts but would be nice.

did you ever get this unit, and get it installed? I’m looking at it myself and considering it.

 

Yup, put it in a couple months ago. Install was simple and really cleaned up my wiring. No more T-Harness. I have it pair with a Stinger SPX700, MMATS in front, Rockford saddlebag speakers in back. CarPlay has been flawless. In a couple of the groups I follow there is mention of new software coming out which will add the gauge package.

 

Did you have the Rockford audio package? Can you provide any pictures of the installation? I hear it comes with one bezel also and it is flat black.

 

It does come with 2 bezels, flat black, not gloss. One for Street Glide and one for Road Glide.
