Default 4 speaker on a '13 FLHX

2013 Street Glide... 8 years ago I put a Kenwood HU, CV B-52 amp and Arc Moto 602's in the fairing. Had a couple of other bikes and back to this one. So whats the best deal going on a 4 speaker setup now? 6.5's up front (I like warm/full sounding speakers), 6x9's with a cut in for the rear and a 4 channel amp? Most likely will do either the Aquatic or the new SS headunit with carplay for this go round. Yes, I know this is like asking about what oil to run....Lol. Lay it on me.

Spend the extra and go with a rockford fosgate head unit, aquatic ones **** the bed often, unfortunately there is no cheap route around this install these days. The setup you're looking to do will be around $2500 guve or take and that's doing all the install yourself. I would personally got with hertz speakers as the durability on them seems to be better imo.

I had the GZ yellow basket 6.5's and 7x10's on a Road Glide, ran them on an 800.4 and sounded pretty decent.

I haven't seen much about the RF head unit.

I wouldn't spend $600 on a RF radio I would cough up the extra cash and get the soundstream. I myself use a
$150 Alpine that does a fantastic job.

You can go to YouTube and search soundstream reserve 9813SG and see videos of it in a bike that sould give you some idea of the screen size.
