I use a laptop to put songs on it then when I'm done just plug it back in to the bike saddle bag it's out of sight and charges while it's plugged in

Haha - nice score. Cleaning our our kid's rooms for recent carpet installation & I found both of their old iPods w/ this connector...from the mid-late 2000's.

I actually repair, mod and resell old classic ipods. Made a good chunk of change too.

I still run an iPod for a couple of reasons…

1) No commercials
2) I can understand the words to the lyrics

If a person wished to sell them, in decent/working shape, how much is a decent price? Wondering...??

My IPod is so old, my 22 Ultra Limited won’t play it.

But, the thumb drive works exactly the same.

it doesn’t have to be old for the GTS not to play it. My 7th Gen Nano worked great on my 6.5 Boom system but doesn’t work with the newer GTS. The only iPod that will work on the GTS is a new Touch (I think). Something to do with the BT 🤷‍♂️
