This has been an overwhelming rabbit hole. I really want to replace my stock fairing speakers, I just don't know where to begin. I will be a solo rider and from everything I have read, no need to do the saddle speakers.
With that said, upgrading the fairing speakers is a must. My budget is probably in the $3,000-$5,000 range. I want speakers that I will NEVER need to replace and im willing to pay for them.
Other than the HD rockfords, I really like the sinister sound speakers. From my research, they seem to sound awesome.
Does anyone have any other recommendations? Not looking for budget speakers by any means.
I just got a 17 FLHXS from a dealer. I asked the audio tech that question, he didn't think there was a good reason to swap speakers. Most will say you need to do more than speaker swap to hear a difference. I did replace my speakers on my 2010 FLHTC with hog tunes and thought they sounded a bit better.
