Soundstream V2...
welp, Soundstream is trying to take even more of our money, they have really been listening to customer input/request. The V2 offers onboard navigation, wireless carplay/android auto, and an 8.3" screen!!! as expected, it brings a huge price tag, thing is over $1600 smh

yeah the original models are going very cheap new these days, I mean, you could get a couple hundred for it locally I'm sure...

Hows the sound stream v2 compare to the diamond head unit due to come out?
or are they the same and I am confused?
I have a 2016 street glide special I want to replace head unit and glad I waffled getting soundstream last summer, for a change, it worked out. Though more expensive having wireless sync to phone without additional modules is what I really wanted. iPhone 14 wont fit in fairing cubby. Dont want to risk damage to phone mounting to handlebar and just dont like it on bars. Like phone in pocket.

They could have easily did all this right the first time but you know they try and suck as much money out of us as they can .

It’s so irritating to purchase a product and something better comes out in a relatively short time after. Glad my cheap and indecisive self waffled on this decision. I hope new models are everything and more; wireless, fast boot up and Bluetooth connectivity, integrated with Harley controls, etc.

I guess that you've never purchased a new car or appliance or bike or even....
Every year a new car has newer technology as do appliances. Shoot, have you seen the home audio/video market or hear of CES?
