Default Amp turn off/on functionality with GTS head unit

Howdy all,

I'm starting to reintegrate audio equipment slowly in my new 2023 Ultra Limited. Right now I've got the Cicada T harness going into an Arc PSM DSP and then to my amp. I have had the Rockford flash done on the head unit.

The Cicada instructions mentioned tapping a TR-4 low voltage trigger module on one of the speaker outputs like I did on my pre-Rushmore bike to act as a remote turn on for the audio equipment. The thing is even after having the Rockford flash done it keeps the TR-4 energized constantly even when the head unit is off. I would like to be able to shut the equipment down by turning the head unit off if possible. Has anyone gotten this to work with a GTS head unit?

Morning Hoyt! When I had my system, I used this one from V-Twin Audio. Easy install as it plugs inline.

Morning Hoss,

I think I am using that same plug to get the turn on functionality at the moment. My wish is for everything to turn off when I turn the head unit off. Right now when I turn off the head unit the DSP and amp remain powred on. It's not too bad now, but when I get the rest of my old system installed that would be a lot of equipment live all the time when the ignition switch is turned on. This bike will kill the battery quick just with the factory loadout.
