I bought a system that was supposed to be plug and play. The DSP is not setup. I am looking for help on the RCA routing from DSP to amps and HKI Mini DSP settings. I have Soundstream WHD14+,T-harness with HKI Mini DSP, Cicada 700.4 amps (2), DB Moto 6cds in fairing and Hertz 690 neos in the lids. I am running one bridged to fairing and the other bridged to lid speakers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Rather not say at this point. I am still trying to get help with the problems I am having. I understand they are busy, I am just wanting some help. and sucks when it takes days to get a answer. I ahve not messed with audio in a long time and alot has changed and I learning as much as I can to hopefully solve the problems.

First, I'm not trying to be a smartass so keep that in mind. The setup you are talking about doing will be very hard to tune. Running 2 amps bridged is overkill for the speakers you have mentioned. It can be done but with 300+w per speaker, you will not any bass with how high you have to set crossovers so not to distort. Next running 2 amps instead of 1 causes more drag on charging systems which is not needed. One cicada 1400.4 with a dsp built in will do those speakers justice and no extra rca's needed to run an external dsp. 200-250w is all these speakers need to get the most out of them without hurting them and the 1400.4 is perfect for them also.

What head unit are you running?
SoundStream WHD 14+. The bike is a 15 Street Glide. No offense taken. This is what was recommended for their Stg.2 high power setup. I am just trying to get it working correctly with what I have.

He's running a Soundstream
I was going to guess this was a NVS Audio setup, but they wouldn't recommend bridging a 700.4 to set of Moto CD's
Agreed with Gypsy here, less is more sometimes. A 1400.4P would have been a great setup for a customer who is not an audio guy. Running 2 amps and DSP is not for the average guy to install and setup. If you don't know how to properly set gains, you run the risk of blowing equipment or not getting the most out of your money.
Without seeing the actual T harness and DSP setup that you have, it's hard to say how to connect it.
Normally it would be RCA out from HU into DSP and then RCA's into amps and use the 2 channel input switch on 700.4. Not sure what you are doing for speaker wire for the lids, but if you are gonna run full power, I hope you are running at least a 14G aftermarket speaker wire to them.
I was asking about the shop because they 100% should be helping you step by step with this install if they are going to sell you a more complicated system, knowing you are not an audio guy.
And "plug n play" don't mean shix. You can't just plug in a 2 amp, DSP setup into a bike and it all work.
It was supposed to come with tune in DSP also amp gains already set. It was all plugged together when received it. When first installed it all worked, but started popping and fronts would shut off. They have helped. But nothing is changed. Now the fronts no longer play just the rear. If I use the factory Soundstream t-harness the fronts play fine, just radio power only. The t-harness from them runs the rcas from the t-harness to the DSP.
gains are at half as it came.

Popping and shut off speakers is either an amp or DSP issues. If you swap the RCA from rear speaker amp to front speaker amp, do they work?
Also check in DSP gain settings to make sure a channel didn't get muted.
I have tried swapping stuff around. It is either rears only or just front left speaker. New t- harness swapped. Still the same. Which leads me to believe it is the DSP. I have tried finding some tutorials on how to use this DSP. nothing really out there.
