Default 22 FLTRXS Amp and Speakers help

I'm wanting to install amp and speakers and have about $1,500 for the task. What is the best bang for the buck. I live in the middle of TX and willing to take it somewhere. Otherwise I'll do it myself. Thanks for the help.

To the best of my knowledge, you could install your upgrades, then go to the dealer for the flash. Don't really know if non-Harley equipment is compatible or not. IMO, the boom system is one of their shittiest "upgrades" ever.

Has anyone tried Soundz equipment? I called and talked with them and there's a actual dealer three hours away. I'm also looking at Volunteer audio. The Hertz amp (SP4.900) sounds like a nice amp along with there speakers. Does anyone know if you can buy the deading fabric locally some where? Maybe a Homepot.
