99 Ultra radio problem

99 Ultra radio problem
The factory radio/cassette in my 99 Ultra flipped out yesterday. I have the display and time present but can't change any settings with the handlebar control or the buttons on the unit itself. Fuses are both good and I tries disconnecting the battery to see if it reset itself. It reads if I put on the cb or intercom but I can not change any settings via handlebar controls. I put a cassette
in and you can barely hear it playing but can't adjust volume or change to radio. Any guesses out there?? Thanks.

sounds like a job for iron cross audio. actually I'm not sure IC will do anything with a 99 model.. you might have to go to http://www.radiosound.com/
