if you've got your radio wired using all four speaker sets; 2 going to hogtunes and 2 going to tweeters then you don't necessarily need an amp but here is what I'd do if not wanting to put an amp in.
wire the hogtunes and tweeters in series
radio right front + to right hogtune +. right hogtune - to right tweeter +. right tweeter - to radio right front -
then do the same for the left side on the front radio outputs...
now use your radio rear outputs to power the lower speakers
