Just some info. I installed brand new hogtunes amp/speakers & tweeter assembly. found when on FM freq, all there was is static. found out hogtunes REV series amps have wrong resistor installed from manufacture & has to be upgraded,as per hogtunes. Sucks only can us CD & aux, until upgraded amp is shipped to me free of charge
Yeah it really sounds like Hog Tunes stepped up and made it right. A monday morning quarterback would say, "why did they ship a unit knowing it was bad?" Well, did they know before you're call? Even if they did, it's near impossible to get every bit of inventory back from distributors before some early birds get some of a bad batch.
Sorry it didn't work out for you man. I know what a hassle it can be to return stuff. Not to mention getting all psyched for a great system only to have it not work. At least they returned your money so you can get something that will work for you.
