J&M - First Class Service!
I can't say enough about the top rate service that J&M has given me over the years. 3 1/2 years ago bought two headsets for my Harley's Harman Kardon audio system. When one earpiece stopped working, they replaced it free, no questions asked. When I was at Black Hills Harley-Davidson during the rally in 2011, I stopped by their booth and told them one of my lower cords wasn't working. The guy went in the back, came back out and handed me a new lower cord in its place (my pins got bent). I ran into the owner, John Lazzeroni, at the International Bike Show in DC earlier this year, and told him how much I appreciated the service. Now I have a microphone not working, and he said just send it in. Looks like they may fix/replace it for free again. These guys know how to treat their customers.
