Help trouble shooting please.

There are two tapped but unused hole on the lower triple tree facing the seat. I used one of these. The first time I don't think I removed enough of the paint and the supplied connection was a little flimsy. I removed the attachment that came on the ground wire and crimped on a more sturdy connector, sanded the area a little better and reattached. I have not changed the fuse yet so I will tonight and hopefully it works.

So I pulled the fuse and sure enough it was blown. Biketronics sent me a 15amp fuse by mistake. I swapped a 30amp fuse and it's fine. Damn this system rocks! Half volume in my garage and my ears were hurting.

Thanks for the update...been looking forward to it because I'm considering the same setup for mine. Did that amp set on top of the HK head unit alongside the CB module, or did you have to relocate the CB? Also, wonder about the comment where the AVC could be a complication.

I relocated the CB module underneath the HU with industrial strength velcro. I dont know about the AVC yet since I have not been able to ride it since install. I would think the only complication could be inadvertently overdriving the speakers. I will be posting pics of the install. Overall it was a straight foreword install.
