Hmmm...My TV came with some of those. Maybe even one I'm not using. Can't hurt to try. My crossover replacement should arrive today. I haven't moved the bike since I started this project. So far (from my garage) my reception seems good, but I do have two stations that have been completely obliterated, to use your phrase. It may be a coincidence but I think they were both around 98 on the dial. 97.9 and 98.7

That is the same part of the FM band that I saw the noise on the amp I'm testing. I first saw it around 100.3 MHz, but it drifted slowly and steadily down to about 98.5 when I quit tracking it. I suspect most or all of these amps leak significant noise. It just happens that some make it in the FM band and cause problems, while others are outside of it.
trying to remember now.. did I ever call you back on the troubleshooting of your audio?

We kept missing each other. No worries. It's got to be the crossover and Polk sent one I expect to arrive today. If this doesn't do it I'll want that powwow with you.
