I too have the 2ND Amp Hogtunes mounting plate with the intention of mounting the SS 2.350 Amp on the hogtunes 2nd amp plate as well as the SS 4.520d AMP (Mounted on a Scott E mounting plate above the radio)
-After installing the Hogtunes plate I found that the bottom section (for mounting to the speaker instead of the stock bracket) was rubbing on my Polk MM651 speaker. Is this normal or do I have to grind the mounting plate to fit?
AND does the 2 channel amp have to be mounted a certain way on the bracket to make it fit?
-Also after installing the 4 channel amp on the plate AS FAR BACK AS POSSIBLE I went to "button" up the fairing and found the fairing would not fit. (amp? wiring bunches? 2nd amp?)
Is anyone else having issues with this? and if so Is it a wiring issue with the wire relocation having to be exactly a certain way?
lots of questions...I know...BUT Any help on this matter would be appreciated...
I bought the 2nd amp bracket a few months back in preparation for my upgrades over the winter. Tried my damndest to mount this bracket last night and never did get it to line up. Will take another crack at it tomorrow.

I have it installed in preparation for a PBR300x4 amp to power rear pods/speaker lids. I use the MM651's in the upper faring. The Hogtunes bracket will fit with these speakers without modifcation, and I know will fit the PBR300x4 as I just finished helping my cousin install 6.5" speakers and this amp/bracket.
Have that same exact setup myself 6 MM651's Soundstream amp driving 4 polks and a PBR 300x2 on the hogtunes bracket driving the two lowers.
The bracket replaces the stock fairing support and is way more beefier. Bracket was a bit tricky to mount as one hole just wouldn't quite line up. Ended up putting bracket in vise and giving just a little more bend to the longer leg to raise the mount hole and used a die grinder to enlarge hole just a skoosh. Holes on mount bracket that amp is attached to do not line up with PBR amp, had to redrill new mounting holes. Took awhile test fitting and is tight but all in there and happy.
Thanks for your comment Jetblack 3,
I too will have to re drill the hole that goes on the speaker as it does not line up correctly.
Also I think I will grind the edge of the bracket down as I do believe that the bracket should not be rubbing the speaker (in my case with the MM651 speaker it rubs right on the speaker case "rib")
A word of advice here....the second amp bracket works with a 6.5 inch speaker, but I couldn't get it to line up after switching to BT 7.1's. I'm down to one amp until I can come up with a fix.
