That looks like mine except that you have a better camera and maybe the basket is slightly more tilted. Is your tweeter pod loose or solid? Where did you buy yours and are they warrantied?
good to hear they're stepping up to the plate with this...
On a further e-mail I was informed that I need the original packaging or beauty box as they call it and it must be in another corrugated box or they will not accept the return. Sounds like I pay shipping both ways which kinda makes the warranty not ............ if you know what I'm saying.

Same issue here. I called and spoke with Justin the customer service manager or something to that effect...he straight out told me to send JUST the speakers, in a box, and in another box, speakers packaged appropriately (ie bubble wrapped, safe from further damage during transit). He stated that since the product is in stock and hasn't been discontinued and won't need to be replaced with a different item, they don't want or need all the doodads that came with the speakers. Good for us because we don't need to cut out the crossovers etc. Mine went in the mail on sat morn. Should be there thurs/fri the latest. I'll keep y'all posted on the outcome.

"Hassel-Free" through Amazon. According to their responce, they've got about a month warranty! BS!
Posts are drooped but firm. The entire "basket" has shifted, pics on another thread.
This was a result of 10 hours continuous use... maybe I exceed their "duty cycle." ????
