Help with HK radio backlight not working

Same issue
I have the same issue. One thing I did notice is that the backlight comes on briefly during ignition on sequence. So it briefly gets backlit, then goes out. I'm sure there are people out there who know how to fix this but $$ talks and BS walks. I will remove the face plate and try adjusting the connection pins as shown here: http://www.harley-davidsonforums.com...#/topics/35529

I have the same issue. Orange/Red back light not working. Everything else does. I have iPod and XM interphases along with Nav interphase. Everything is working but the backlight.
Just packed it up and sent it off to Iron Cross for repair and update of firmware/software.
