no kidding.. very nice specs.. and zapco again is one of those that's been around a while.

I talked to Darnell a couple of days ago at Kuston 1 Off Bikes.. he was telling me that he uses the JL Audio Xd400/4 in fairing all the time without any modifications other than trimming the speedo and tach rings. If what he states is correct, you won't have any issue putting this amp in the fairing.

Thanks UN comparing dimensions to JL does indeed look doable. This may be good winter project.

I think I might spring for an xd400 now that I know for sure (at least based on what Darnell told me) will fit in the fairing. Still waiting on pics from him. I have no problem cutting the tach and speedo rings if that's all it takes but the only pics I've seen posted here of this amp in the fairing is a guy who looks like he took a grinder to the case of the amp to make it fit. Not doing that...
Also, I'm not one to run lowers but seriously looking at those 6x9 lowers, definitely going to replace my stock pods with the BT 7.1 rear pods, and maybe another xd400 for the rear (if I like the first one).. Slowly but surely I'm graduating to the GP way of thinking.. 8 channels..
