The Polk MM651's are what allot of guys including myself are using. Without an amp you're limited to running 2ohm speakers and the Polk's are 2.7ohm which is close enough. You will also need 6.5" speaker adapters. I would highly recommend that you add a amp in the near future, as the Polk's like power. If you'll only be running two channels the Rockford Fosgate PBR300x2 can be found for little $$ on eBay and amazon and is a great amp.

"at this time".. key words. If you're planning a 2 channel amp then you might just want to make the move now to the Biketronics Bt7P1 7.1". They are 4 ohm so they'll have a little less output per volume setting on the radio but you'll be able to hear them just fine. This will set the stage for you to add something like the SS PN2.350D or RF PBR300x2 amp at a later date

This is exactly what I would do. You will add an amp soon. Its a never ending process. I would stay as far away from the J&M products as possible.

Look for a used set of HD Boom speakers. It will be an upgrade from stock and not alot of out of pocket expense.
