I was thinking of doing away with the liner and using something like the Sumax kit but not sure I would like the way it looked..

to my knowledge the king tourpak hasn't changed physically since like 94 so pretty much anything that will fit on the newer bikes should fit yours.

I'm in the process of making the same change on my 2002 ultra. Thought I had done all the research and had my ducks in a row. your comments about having to repin a connector confuse and concern me "need to re-pin a connector to match the NUOH or OH". am I missing something? the radio with CB are at Iron Cross for a full health check and upgrade. Can you help clarify the re pin that is needed?
