Default needing some guidance...

I have stock stereo in my SG. I run my iPod thru the aux. line, and keep it charged running thru the cig lighter...so i have wires running all over the place. its a mess. i am thinking about getting the iPod accessory for the radio, but if you have that, can i run XM thru on the XM app...or is it just for iPod. I would like to do both. Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, but I am technology challenged when it comes to stuff like this....If I'm not able to do this, do you have suggestions? I do not want a handle bar mounted anything!!!

Thanks in advance!

Jenn

i use J&M ipod setup for charing the ipod while im riding and use the harley magnetic pouch to hold the ipod so nothing is hanging from my bars.

here is the j&m module
http://www.jmcorp.com/ProductDetail....JMDM-IPBT-HDDR

and you can buy the harley ipod pouch at any dealer. i dont use the xm feature but my ipod runs through the aux setting on the stock radio. so id say you will keep your xm aval to use.

both the HD version and the HDPDPlus versions are only used for iPod control, nothing else.
