Default iPHONE and XM through stock FLHX headunit

I've tried searching threads but haven't found the specific answers to my questions or at least a solution that I can comprehend.

Here's what I would like to do:
Use iPhone for occasional GPS. Play stored music and Pandora. I'd mount the unit on the handlebars.
Add XM or Sirius to the stock radio and use the handlebar functions.

I have a 2012 Streetglide with the Harmon Kardon headunit and Hawg Wires DCS/DX upgrade.

Is there a seamless way to integrated these two additional inputs with the HK?

I have the Ironcross interface unit and mount my Iphone on my Kuryakyn mount.I can use the GPS(voices over the radio unit)and I have the Sirius satellite streaming on my phone.I can't get Pandora up here in Canada(damn) but sometimes listen to Slacker radio which I cache at home to save on my phones data.

When you add the XM module to the HK radio, XM comes up as one of the sources, like AM-FM-Weather-Aux. You have full handlebar control of the XM radio functions like favorites, volume, etc.

If you run the iPhone through the Aux input, you'll hear your Pandora music and navigation when you select the Aux input. You'll have control of the volume of the Aux input, but that's all.

If you want to hear the XM radio and your iPhone navigation at the same time, you'll need some kind of interface. There are a number of them out there to choose from.

KJC,
Thanks. That sounds like a real efficient solution. I've ridden for years and always dissed radios on a bike. After riding with one, now I'm into it.
Thanks. Don't knock it 'til you've tried it.

Frankh,
Thanks. Hearing turn by turn cut in while listening to XM is what I'm used to in my car. I'm glad to know the XM module triggers its own id in the unit and leaves aux for another source, aka iPhone.
