Default Speakers?

I need some help deciding what speakers to go with on my 2013 SG. I ordered the RF PBR300x2 today but I am undecided on speakers. I have heard great things about the Hertz HCX, Alpine Type R, and Polk. I was going to go with J & M Rokker XX with the grills for mids and highs but I have read alot on here tonight and mostly negative. Opinions appreciated.

Default Narrowed down to...

OK..between Biketronics 7.1, Polk MM651, or Hertz HCX...which should I go with? I am looking for clarity and volume. Loud is good but if you can't understand the lyrics to the song, it is useless. Your help is greatly appreciated.

With what you are looking for and describe in your original post there will be plenty and then some and maybe even a little more.

13SGERS ,,,,,,

the J&M ROKKER XX speakers will outperform the 7.1s from B/T,, whether you are using the J&M ROKKER XTP amp OR the RF amp http://www.jmcorp.com/ProductDetail....=HCRK-7252-RXX ,,,,,,,

I have personally tested them side by side, the difference is significant, (for BOTH volume and bass frequency output) same with comparing the J&M ROKKER XX speakers to the FOCALs ,,,, The ROKKER XXs are significantly better ,,,,,,

it seems that we must constantly debate this here on HD forums, and that is OK, but my gosh, you would think that certain contributors here are now on the B/T payroll ? ,,,,,

at least everyone knows that "I" am on the J&M payroll ,,,,,,

I have a set of the J&M ROKKER XX 7.25 speakers, they are bloody awesome. The price is a bit high though.

Yes, I am keeping the stock head unit! I like the J & M Rokker XXs but based on user reviews, I have formed my own opinion that they are over priced. I never would have thought a speaker decision could be this hard! LOL
