*update* Well Biketronics tested the module and it works perfectly.... so the only thing we can think of is the output where you plug the 3.5mm plug into the sony radio might be bad. Is there anyway to test this?

Turns out the module is fine so they sent it back......must be the HU

Sent back the HU for warranty ..... everything else tested ok

They think there was a problem with the 3.5mm plug output and the remote quit working too so i guess we will see when i get new one.

Try putting that in and see if the hand controls work then....maybe at least then you'd know if it was your Sony HU or the Retro Radio kit.

They where working when i took it out , but anything can happen. I looked at all my fuses but i dont see one for controls ..... is there one? what circuit is it on?
