Default Biketronics controls problem

Well i have about finished my Stereo upgrade and my controls dont work at all. I have tried different grounds and checked fuses and still no go, anyone with ideas on whats wrong?

This is my setup on my 09 Street Glide

Sony DSX-S310BTX
Biketronics 7.1's
Pioneer TS-D902P in bags lids
Biketronics BT-4180
Biketronics BT-1002 install kit

Maybe the little dial on the retro radio kit got turned or isn't in the right position. Give Bill a call at BT in the morning and he'll get it taken care of right away.

I don't think the Sony install kits have a dial.

Ultranutz had this same head unit. He might have some insight on it, or call Biketronics.

I think I read a previous thread where there's a way to reset the unit. Seems like they unplugged the unit for a minute or so then plugged it back in.

I'm 99.9% sure mine has one on the bottom of it and I have a Sony head unit. I think it was at the 0 position but I could be wrong.

I tried unplugging it several times to reset with no luck

I dont think this one has a dial, there is a plug on it maybe its under that im not sure.

I will call biketronics soon as i can but its really hard for me to get time to do that, i get home to late in the day

They are on Pacific time. Don't know where in Texas you are, but it really helped me in Michigan when I was contacting them.

Well i talked to them and it looks like a got a bad module. Tested all my controls with a meter and everything was good.

They were helpful great to deal with

now the bad part....waiting on a new one
