Biketronics controls problem

I'd plug that stock OEM radio back in. That will take all of 15 minutes. Just plug in the harness and see if the hand controls work.

Yep, I plugged stocker back up and they work fine...... Seems to me it has to be the Biketronics module.

Well found the problem, both my switches in the controls have between 1-2 ohms when it needs to be close to 0 ohms. Apparently that is too much resistance for the Biketronics module to work. When we jumped or bypassed the switches everything worked through the module. They told me that switches can get corroded over time due to moisture and cause this. I guess my only option is to buy new switches?? Ugh!

Update, I had a pinched wire in my left hand controls and i guess that was causing the weird reading and making it not work with the Biketronics module.

Everything is working perfect and it jams! This is my 3rd setup on this bike and by far the best. I can cruise 80mph and hear it perfectly clear!
