I've heard nothing but great things about the PBR300X2 but my buddy had his system installed in Daytona and they told him the Arc was a much better amp with his Focal speakers. Is this true or is it dealer BS?
Fosgate is 100Wx2 into 4 ohm vs Arc at 70Wx2 into 4 ohm. More power AND less money would probably give the Fosgate the nod. Either would be a good choice though.
A salesman will tell you what you need to hear to sell you what he has.
That being said, Arc is a great little amp. But the pbr300x2 beats it on specs and price.

I see in your signature you have the entire BT set-up with Kenwood HU. Unless I missed it I don't remember you telling us how it sounded to your ears? Is this the best set-up in your opinion? I know you've had a couple. . . Thanks!

I don't have my 6x9's in the lids yet, but I was playing it with the pods, fairing, and lowers while I was working around the garage and it was making my ears ring. A lot better, IMO, then anything I've heard so far. I'm starting to second guess the second set of 6x9's and pbr300x2 facing the rear wheel.

Good stuff pioneer! A second set facing the wheel might be too much. . lol Those HAT 6 x 9's are 120 RMS @ 4 Ohms. You think the PBR will push those? I would think the 2180 would be the ticket if you went that route?
Well, Glacier the man said his ears were ringing and doesn't have the second set of 6 x 9's in yet. There's only two conclusions I can draw from that statement. Either his system is insanely loud already or he's drinking too much moonshine. . . LOL
I don't drink so it ain't that. I don't even have my lid speakers hooked up yet. Got my stuff back from paint and I'm working on putting everything back together.
