What did everyone do with their stock lids? I'd like to sell them to offset some of the cost.
You can sell them to get some cash back, but I wouldn't expect to get very much. If you never plan to use them again, I can see the plus.
Personally, I bought extra hardware and kept my stock bags intact. I've sold everything else on the bike I've replaced except the stock headpipe with he catalytic converter, but I don't see getting anywhere what I think the bags are worth.
how much did you end up paying for the paint job? I got mine (all vivid black) sitting at painter including KW 21 inch Slicer and mid frame air deflectors for 600 total.
