Got everything back from paint and I am fitting everything up. Got the Pioneers mounted in the Bagger Audio lids and now trying to get the Infinity speakers mounted up. Is anyone running these in their lower fairings and if you are, are you using the Infinity Grills? I can't seem to find a way to get the grills to secure. It looks like the slightest bump and they would fly off. Thought about silicone but if there is a better way let me know.

did they not come with the little black gooey strips in white paper? That stuff will hold them on fine.
No they came with some foam for the back side of the speakers to mount up against the speakers. I figured it out. You have to twist and pull them on and off but I'm still going to put some black screws through them to secure them on.

I installed these same speakers yesterday, and was using the search function for this very issue. I'd be very interested to see your solution, and I live next door in Pasadena. I'm afraid I've ruined the retaining ring on one side and will have to replace it.

Look at picture 12. It shows how I used screws through the screens and then through the speakers and ring. I used a dremel and shaved off the ears on the rings so they would fit behind the speakers. These grills ain't going anywhere unless someone steals em.
That Soundstream killed one DB within a week of installation, I replaced them with MM's. Hard to say if the MM's or the Infinities are better since both pairs are directed in my face, but either way I'm a happy camper.

Nice pics. So are the grills pulled down tight against the speaker? If not, what keeps the speakers from moving around?
